Choosing an offer - It's a great feeling when the offers start coming in. Your agent will help you analyse the benefits and risks of each offer, but it is up to you whether you accept or not. Once you are happy to accept an offer you will be required to instruct a solicitor to carry out surveys and conveyancing; but don't worry we can advise here too.
