So what can a new member of staff expect?
Within week 1 they will be introduced to a 4-week Personal Development Plan. The first weeks will be geared around experiencing what happens in branch and attending appointments with other members of the team.
Between week 4 and 6 they will join a 3-day company Induction Programme and learn about:
- conduct and etiquette
- our services
- other departments within the group
- career structure
- income generation
- branch network
- process of instruction from valuation to completion
- mortgage services
- offer management process
- home conveyancing
Within 8 weeks of joining the business our new members of staff will attend further course tailored to the business area in which they will be employed: sales, lettings, mortgage services or administration.
Future Leaders and Leadership Programmes:
The 4-day Future Leaders Programme looks at developing our overall business, reviewing in detail the skills required to manage and develop our team members and an Estate Agency, Lettings Agency and Mortgage Services business in today's market place. Senior people from all aspects of our business present at the workshops.
The Leadership Prpgramme spends 3 days looking at sharing leadership and management best practices and is attended by leaders from all areas of our business and is aimed at taking the business forward to the next level.
