  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience of working within a sales environment, working to KPI's and achieving targets. You must thrive on working in a fast paced and demanding culture. Lettings experience is preferred but not essential.
  • The Role:
  • Attend a morning meeting to plan and set targets for the day ahead
  • Arrange multiple viewings for potential clients to generate lets
  • Strong daily focus on generating new business for the company
  • Ensure all our properties are presented well online
  • Liaise with Buy to Let investors who are looking to start or grow their portfolio
  • Ensure customers are fully protected by offering Tenants Contents Insurance and Landlord Insurance
Skills Required
  • The Ideal Candidate:
  • Driving licence and own transport essential
  • Industry experience or track record of success in sales in another industry
  • Target Driven and competitive
  • Excellent customer service skills
