Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and by telephone.
  • Take responsibility for the marketing of every property you list for sale through effective vendor management.
  • Understand your customer's motivation and needs.
  • Carry out property valuations in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide an effective sales presentation explaining the Company’s key features and benefits to potential vendors.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

  • Property Industry knowledge isn’t essential for an experienced sales person - just the desire and willingness to learn about the industry and develop your skills accordingly.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
