“There is no denying that the Mortgage Market has seen a significant change over the past month or so, however there are positive signs that things are starting to bounce back. Rightmove has reported an increase in time consumers are spending on rightmove*, for both buyers and sellers. We also saw Mortgage lenders withdrawing some products in March, but they are starting to come back now with more options being available for Mortgage borrowers, which is very positive. We have seen an increase in the ability for lenders to complete remote/desktop valuations, which is very positive for the industry.
