Local estate agency Sharman Quinney, which has 16 offices based around Peterborough and Lincolnshire, is starting the New Year with its very own ‘The Big Sale’.

The agent, which is celebrating 25 years of trading this year, has slashed the prices of hundreds of its properties currently on the market as homeowners and buyers look to start the year with a successful house sale or purchase.

“The beginning of every year brings with it fresh impetus from both buyers and sellers alike,” says Managing Director Mike Sharman.” Buyers are keen to get back out viewing properties and seeing what they can get for their money, whilst those looking to sell are keen to get a deal wrapped up as early in the New Year as possible.”

The homes included in ‘The Big Sale’ are owned by sellers who are committed to moving, which is why they have chosen to reduce the price of their homes to secure a sale:
