Sharman Quinney buck seasonal trend
Summer success for Sharman Quinney
Even at the height of the summer holiday period with the children having finished for a much needed summer break Sharman Quinney’s sales performance has gone from strength to strength compared to July 2013.
Mike Sharman, Managing Director reports that total sales are up by 20% compared to July last year and are up by a staggering 16% year to date.
Sharman comments: "Even given the complications and the challenges involved in the placement of mortgages following the introduction of MMR, our business continues to go from strength to strength and this is in the main due to its quality and commitment of its staff who are constantly striving to produce the very best results for its loyal customers.
"On top of this and given the fact that there are national stories circulating that the market is beginning to cool off, this performance is even more remarkable," Sharman continues. "In fact we are expecting an even stronger finish to the remainder of the year once the summer period ebbs off and normality resumes. We are expecting a huge amount of new instructions to come to the market in the next few weeks as many vendors are continuing to see the property market in a positive light.
"Encouragingly we are also seeing more stock coming to the market to meet the continued high demand. with this continued growth and demand for property sales and general activity the business is continuing to look for fresh staff to join the region’s strongest estate agency business."
