Fantastic news follows fantastic year at Hampton

After helping the office become the most improved in the company in 2012, Luke Pearce of Sharman Quinney in Hampton has been promoted to its Branch Manager.

Luke first joined the Hampton branch in December 2011 as Residential Sales Manager and in his first year guided the local selling agent to fantastic success, securing its title as “Most Improved Branch” for Sharman Quinney in 2012. He arrived at Hampton having previously worked at the company’s Cambourne office for four years, and first started out at an independent agent in 2005.

Luke, who was rewarded with a trip to Paris for his triumphant year, will now head up the Hampton branch and is keen to use his 8 years’ estate agency experience to help customers achieve results in what is traditionally the company’s busiest period of the year.

On his promotion, Luke says: “I am thrilled to be named Branch Manager for Sharman Quinney in Hampton. We had an incredible year in 2012 and I am looking to build upon that success in the months to come and beyond. The local property market is alive and well and I cannot wait to take on the seasonal surge in activity this Spring and help vendors and buyers in Hampton and its surrounds.”

Indeed, Hampton remains a popular area with buyers this April for a number of reasons. Its well-regarded schools and commuter links via the A1 are perfectly matched to the needs of young families, and its nearby amenities cater for a wide range of residents.

Luke continues: “We at Sharman Quinney are on hand to help this Spring and have already been assisting customers in Hampton Vale, Hampton Hargate and Hampton centre. We are expecting to see this strong demand continue, and are urging vendors and would-be buyers looking to move within these areas to contact us while the market is at its most buoyant.”

If you are looking to buy or sell in Hampton and its surrounds, or would like advice on the local property market this Spring, contact Sharman Quinney on 01733 346111 or email: hampton@sharmanquinney.co.uk
