Changes at Sharman Quinney in Market Deeping

Award-winning estate agency Sharman Quinney is delighted to announce two recent changes at its Market Deeping branch, including a new role for one of its staff members as well as a new addition to the team.

Emma Bradberry, previously Sales Negotiator at the branch, will take up a new position at Market Deeping overseeing vendor management. Emma spent two years as a negotiator at the branch and also worked at Sharman Quinney’s Whittlesey office before her recent appointment. Her new role sees her proactively working with vendors to help them sell and get the best possible price for their home.

Emma says: “I am delighted at being able to oversee vendor management at Sharman Quinney in Market Deeping. The creation of the role is in keeping with the changes in the local property market and the new position allows me to keep in touch with vendors and revisit them to help sell their properties.”

Joining the team at Sharman Quinney in Market Deeping is Sharron Pitchers who replaces Emma as Sales Negotiator at the branch. Sharron brings a varied background in property services to her new position having worked for estate agency group Connells in both new homes and residential roles. Her appointment will further enhance the already strong service which the Market Deeping branch provides in local property sales.

Commenting on her appointment, Sharron says: “This role is a fantastic opportunity for me and I cannot wait to meet new customers and help them with their sales in the area.”

Headed up by Branch Manager Lewis Thorogood, Sharman Quinney’s Market Deeping office provides a full range of property services for those looking to buy and sell in the area.
