Hurfords, a new estate agency service for buyers and sellers of high-end property, has been officially launched at an evening event at The Old Dairy on Elton Hall Estate on Monday 16 May 2011. The new agency will be headed up by Founder and Director Josh Hurford and the launch was attended by former Chairman of the National Trust and owner of Elton Hall Estate Sir William Proby, a renowned enthusiast for fine property.
Hurfords will specialise in properties ranging from quaint cottages to country estates in the middle to high-end price bracket across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire. Director Josh Hurford believes a fresh and creative approach to marketing these types of properties is needed and will be using his ten years of experience in this market to help home movers make the most of their property asset.
“With the launch of Hurfords, I am offering sellers the opportunity of taking a new approach to marketing their property,” says Josh. “Each and every home we are instructed on will be proactively marketed using tools like digital audio tours to really give the homes we are selling the edge in a competitive market.”
The launch of Hurfords marks a shift change in how high end properties are marketed. Josh plans to mix traditional estate agency techniques with contemporary tools to secure sales for customers.
“I believe there is a clear need for a dynamic and creative agency in this marketplace,” Josh explains. “I will be prioritising each and every property I sell and utilising every available tool to attract the widest possible pool of buyers.”
