We are thrilled to announce some very exciting news! Due to demand, we have outgrown our two Peterborough offices and have therefore made the decision to merge our Peterborough Lettings (Orton) and Peterborough Sales (Newark Avenue) branches into one big Flagship Branch, Albert Place.
The official launch of our Flagship Branch will take place on 15th July 2023. It will be opened by our Newark Avenue Team who will be competing in a Charity Fun Run for our partner charity: Mind CPSL from Newark Avenue to Albert Place. CPSL Mind services operate from an office just a stone's throw from Albert Place, helping local residents every day who are struggling with their mental health so please join us and donate to help others who need their valuable support.
Plus, local radio station PCR FM will be broadcasting live from Albert Place and interviewing our Managing Director, Chris Rowson, about the move and the future of Sharman Quinney.
This move is a part of our ongoing efforts to optimise efficiency, enhance client experience, and recapture the immense success we experienced years ago when we originally operated from this office.
The consolidation of the two branches will result in a more streamlined and cohesive operation. By pooling our resources, expertise, and knowledge, we will be able to offer our clients a comprehensive range of services, covering lettings, sales and mortgage services all under one roof. This integration will enable us to deliver a more holistic and seamless experience to our valued clients.
Our top priority is to ensure a smooth process for our clients and to minimise any disruptions in service. Michael Daly will be the Senior Branch Manager of Albert Place and joining him will be the existing expert team from Newark Avenue plus our fantastic Peterborough Lettings team headed up by Shane Baxter.
