We require a Weekend Sales Negotiator to assist in our Oundle branch. You will be required to assist with accompanied viewings, customer enquiries and must be smart in appearance, possess good customer service skills and have a confident mature manner. Holding a current driving licence is essential. Hours of work currently Saturday 9am-5pm. |

Training:
Our organisation can boast one of the finest and most comprehensive training programmes in the property services industry. Each new member of staff will join a three month induction plan, that includes' classroom', mentoring, one-on-one coaching and specialist training relevant to the future position.
For example, week one will include a three day introduction to Sharman Quinney and the property services business in general, initial induction training and feedback and the roll-out of an individual 12 week training plan. Week six involves a Legislation work-shop and further office visits.
We provide specialist training for property listing, for sales and for conveyancing. Mortgage Consultants will spend some time in dedicated Financial Services training at our facility in Harlow, Essex.
