North Costa Blanca
Set against a dramatic backdrop of mountains, North Costa Blanca offers cosmopolitan cities, sleepy little villages and everything in between; this stretch of Spanish Mediterranean really is full of surprises. In the north of the region there are clusters of exclusive towns and picturesque villages, and as we move further south the coastline gathers momentum, building towards the lively, family-oriented lifestyles offered by Benidorm and Alicante.

South Costa Blanca
Running south from Alicante, through the delightful Rio Segura river valley, and on to the wildlife paradise of Torrevieja's salt lakes, dozens of tranquil traditional villages dot the landscape. This is a taste of true Spain; long white crescent beaches characterise the coast, cosmopolitan energy bursts from the resort towns, and golfers stride the countless fairways of the South Costa Blanca's championship courses.

Costa Calida
The Costa Cálida introduces us to a quiet, secluded Spain. This beautiful region has a distinctly traditional feel. If you're looking for a stunning stretch of Mediterranean coastline with unspoilt beaches, affordable frontline properties and luxury golf resorts, then look no further. The Costa Cálida offers you the very best of Spain - at extremely attractive prices!

Costa de Almeria
Costa de Almería is probably the least well known and certainly the least developed of the Spanish costas. It has a rich history, reflected in its picturesque cities, towns and villages. The main city, Almería, is located at Spain's south-eastern extreme and is lively and modern, but still traditionally Spanish city with a busy port. The city's new airport is an excellent international facility offering a good timetable of flights from a wide range of destinations.

Mallorca
Mallorca, the largest of the Balearics, is very well known as a tourist destination, but that's just one aspect of life on the island. Head out from Palma in any direction and you'll discover an island which is completely at ease with itself. Mallorca is a natural extension of our Spanish property portfolio, which now has even more great destinations to tempt you, and even more stunning homes for you to choose from.

Costa Del Azahar
Costa del Azahar is 112km of stunning Mediterranean coastline, bounded by the regions of Catalunya to the north, Aragon to the west and Costa Blanca to the south. It's a spectacular landscape of green hills, rugged pine mountains, long golden beaches and busy, traditional fishing villages. The Costa del Azahar is still a relatively undiscovered area, full of surprises and quintessential Spanish charm. The main city, Valencia, is to host the world's premier yachting event. The Americas Cup in 2007, an event that will bring enormous prestige, international interest and investment to the area.

Cyprus
Cyprus is an island of infinite possibilities: from superb mountain scenery cooled by fresh breezes, to miles of gorgeous beaches lapped by crystal clear waters. Vibrant town centres co-exist with traditional villages set in fertile valleys overwhelmed by an abundance of carob and fruit blossom.

Portugal
Portugal really is a breathtakingly beautiful country; indeed it's hard to fathom how so many different landscapes can fit into such a small area! Roughly the same size as Ireland, it's full of green river valleys, colourful towns, beautiful coastal villages, and romantic old cities to be explored and enjoyed.

Costa Azul
The undiscovered Costa Azul is one of Portugal's most beautiful secrets, full of stunning scenery and calm coastal villages concealing delightful churches, charming streets and relaxed, welcoming people.
The Atlantic Ocean provides superb facilities for watersports, while golfers will enjoy the huge selection of excellent 18-hole courses. First city Lisbon offers a wide variety of shops, cafes, clubs and galleries, as well as the lowest living costs of any European capital.

The Algarve

This magnificent coastline features the vibrant resorts of Lagos, Albufeira and Tavira, as well as peaceful fishing villages such as Salema and Burgau. World-class golf courses overlook the sea at Boavista, Palmares and Penina. Further inland, there's the lively market town of Loule, the Roman ruins of Estoi and the ancient Moorish town of Silves. Head for the mountainous Serra de Monchique and you can enjoy lovely chestnut woods and the charming spa at Caldas de Monchique.

Turkey
With thousands of miles of stunning coastline, an enviable climate, friendly, hospitable people and very affordable prices, it’s no wonder Turkey has become the next property hot spot.  Lapped by the warm waters of the Aegean Sea, the west coast of Turkey has been described as having ‘the most beautiful sky and the best climate in the world’ and it is easy to see why.  From the popular resort of Didum with its great beaches and bustling harbour to the traditional fishing town of Gulluk at the northern tip of the Bodrum Peninsular.  From Bodrum, one of Turkey’s prettiest towns combining the ancient and modern to the beach lover’s paradise of Altinkum, meaning ‘golden sand, with its vibrant nightlife.

Crete
Crete is the largest of the Greek islands. Its landscape is rich and varied, from dramatic mountainsides to white sandy beaches; this is an irresistible paradise with its own unique character. Pick your way through the maze of streets in Chania and Rethymnon and explore the exclusive stores that bring the latest fashions from around the world. Café society thrives and forms a busy meeting point for communities renowned for welcoming visitors.

Property development on Crete has been undertaken on only a small scale alongside strict planning laws. That’s why the island’s natural beauty continues to shine through, maintaining a refreshing sense of space. No wonder property value is still on the rise in Crete!

Italy
The land of the great painters, architects, inventors and thinkers of the modern world. Nowhere else is there a place where the essence of history is better preserved and the influence of the greatest empires to roam the earth more widely visible. Italy features a unique fusion of historical landmarks absorbed into the tradition and the very identity of its passionate culture. It is a place where the most beautiful, unspoilt fishing villages coexist untouched alongside the most vibrant and contemporary modern cities of Europe. From wine to fashion, art to cuisine, you will find the distinguished symbol of Italian perfection at the pinnacle of each trade. Their zest for life, evident in everything they do.
The glorious climate enjoyed across the land is a perfect compliment to the fact that no matter where you find yourself, you’re never more than 40 minutes drive from the alluring beaches and crystal blue waters surrounding its shores.
