Sharman Quinney Group.

Sharman Quinney was formed in 1989 by partners Mike Sharman and Steve Quinney and opened its first office in Broadway, Peterborough.  Quickly becoming market leaders in the city, the company grew on average by an office each year until in 2003 the Connells group acquired a majority stakeholding.  This investment has given the organisation increased resource, PLC back-up whilst retaining business autonomy.

The company provides customers one-stop property services, from buying and selling, to the funding solutions from Sharman Quinney Mortgage Services.  To help speed the legal process and provide customers with transparent fee structure, the company established its own conveyancing business, Fastmove.  This is further augmented with a Land & New Homes division, acquiring land for developers and in doing so providing customers a chance to release equity or realise assets. 

In addition to the Sharman Quinney branded offices, the company operates in Northamptonshire as Pattison Lane.
